The 2100 is ridiculously simple to use and is designed to deskill the PUR binding process. It takes automation to a new level, each book is automatically measured and the amount of glue on each book block is intelligently applied on the fly. The Patented Orbital PUR System makes the cleaning and maintenance process almost redundant which results in huge savings of expensive PUR glue, wax and man-hours. This means that warm up time for the 2100 PUR is only 20 minutes and cleaning time is only 5 minutes at the end of the day or shift. The binder is ideal for digital printing

The speed of the UltraBIND 2100 PUR is 290 cycles an hour and the start-up time is just 15 to 20 minutes. The cleaning time is just 5 minutes at the end of the day or shift.

The UltraBIND 2100 PUR can handle a wide variety of media types such as plastic, foil, thick carton, cardboard, true card, sticky substrate, UV coated or laminated stock, to mention just a few.

In auto-mode the operator only needs to load the book block into the clamp and to take out the finished book from the nipping station.
